Petrol models

In power supply systems of all petrol models it should be used only неэтилированный gasoline. The control system of the engine functions so that to receive the maximum return from the engine at the minimum expense of fuel and toxicity of the fulfilled gases. The system of catching of steams of fuel prevents their hit from a fuel tank in atmosphere. The system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases is established.

Ventilation system картера

For elimination of leaks of not burnt down hydrocarbons in atmosphere the engine completely герметизирован. Gases and steams of oil formed in картере, through the mesh filter get to the inlet pipeline and burn down in cylinders together with fuel.

Gases leave from картера for the account of a difference of pressure in картере and the inlet pipeline (pressure in картере above).

The Katalitichesky converter

For decrease in quantity of harmful emissions atmosphere on all petrol models in release system it is built in трёхфункциональный каталитический the converter. The control system of fuel injection has a feedback in which the ljambda-probe is included. This gauge established in system of release, constantly informs the management block on structure of the fulfilled gases. Depending on the received data, the management block corrects quality of the mix submitted to the chambers of combustion and, thus, optimises fuel combustion.

The heating element included by the block of management through the special relay is built in a ljambda-probe. The working surface of a ljambda-probe is sensitive to change of the maintenance of oxygen in gases. Depending on concentration of oxygen, the gauge sends signals of different pressure. If the mix переобогащена - the oxygen maintenance in the fulfilled gases very low, the gauge submits signals with a low voltage. Pressure increases in process of pauperisation of a mix and increase in the maintenance of oxygen in gases. Most effectively the converter works at optimum quality of a gas mixture (14.7 parts of air on 1 part of fuel). At optimum concentration of oxygen in the fulfilled gases there is a jump in pressure on the gauge. This jump is a reference point for the management block at updating of quality of a mix.

It is established on two gauges. One - before, and the second — after the converter. It reaches more exact tracing of structure of the fulfilled gases.

System рециркуляции the fulfilled gases

The system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases allows to lower quantity NOx in the fulfilled gases. For this purpose the small part of the fulfilled gases moves in the inlet pipeline through the special valve. The system valve рециркуляции copes the management block.

For emission decrease in atmosphere of not burnt down hydrocarbons on all petrol models the system of catching of fuel is established. The refuelling mouth of a fuel tank is tightly closed by a cover, under a fuel tank the coal adsorber is established. In it steams of fuel formed in a tank during parking of the car gather, and are stored there until on a signal of the block of management the adsorber purge will not begin. Then fuel steams start to move through the purge valve in the inlet pipeline, there they mix up with a working mix and further burn down in the usual image in combustion chambers.

For maintenance of normal work of the engine on single turns and during warming up the management block holds the valve the closed. Thus hit of not burnt down fuel in the converter (is prevented at the raised turns of idling a mix переобогащена). After warming up of the engine the valve starts to open and be closed, submitting fuel steams to an inlet path.

Diesel models

For this purpose the small part of the fulfilled gases moves in the inlet pipeline through the special valve. The system valve рециркуляции is supervised by the management block.
