Flywheel, basket and coupling disk

1 — the Flywheel
The adjoining surface turned towards frictional overlays, should be smooth, and not have some oil and greasing. Watch reliable position of aligning pins.
2 — the Bolt for a flywheel. Necessarily replace. Attention: Clear шлицы a primary shaft of a check point and at installation of the disk which was in work of coupling a nave. Remove a rust.
Without a two-mass flywheel: 60Нм 90 °.
With a two-mass flywheel and length of bolts 22.5 mm: 60Нм 90 °
At length of bolts of 43 mm: 60Нм 180 °

3 — the Conducted disk of coupling
Adjusting position: a dempfirujushchy package (springs) should be turned towards a press disk. Frictional overlays of a conducted disk should adjoin to a flywheel, an inscription «the check point party» if it is available, is turned to a press disk.
4 — Press a disk. Observe installation position
5 — the Bolt 25Нм. Turn on and turn in stages

Coupling consists of a basket with the press disk, a conducted disk, the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and a hydraulic drive.

The coupling basket is connected by bolts to a flywheel which is in turn fixed on cranked to an engine shaft. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk of coupling which nestles on a flywheel a press disk.
