Remove a cap closing a wheel, a decorative cap or caps of bolts of fastening of wheels.
Turn on on a corner 90 a bolt of fastening of the external hinge of a power shaft.

Note arrows a direction of rotation of wheels. Turn away bolts of fastening of a wheel. Lift and establish the car on supports and remove a wheel.
Again wrap by hand all five bolts of fastening of a wheel.
Turn out a bolt of fastening of the external hinge of a power shaft.
Disconnect a power shaft from фланцевого a shaft/kpp.

If the sufficient place is not present to take out a power shaft, execute the following: turn away a nut (1), turn away a bolt and take out upward both levers (2).

Do not expand a groove in the case of the bearing of a wheel by means of a chisel or the tool similar to it. |

Take aside the case of the bearing of a wheel.

|
Bolts (3) and (4) do not turn on, since adjustment of a forward suspension bracket in this case will change and the running gear should be regulated again. |

Take out a power shaft.

Installation
|
|
Insert a power shaft into the case of the bearing of a wheel.
Establish into place both top levers. Establish a new bolt and tighten a new nut the moment 40Нм. At a nut inhaling press on the suspension bracket lever in a direction of the case of the bearing of a wheel how much it probably.
Fix a power shaft on a flange of an axis/kpp with подкладными plates. The tightening moment: Bolt М8 – 40Нм, a bolt of M 10 - 70Нм.
Fix the external hinge of a power shaft a new bolt. The tightening moments: Bolt М14 – 115Нм, bolt М16 – 190Нм.

At an inhaling of a bolt the car can not concern the bases. |
Observe a direction of rotation of wheels. Fix a wheel, lower the car on wheels and only after that tighten bolts cross-wise the moment 120Нм.
Ask the assistant to tighten a lay brake.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of a power shaft, tighten a bolt on a corner 180 .
Establish into place a cap closing a wheel, a decorative cap or caps of bolts of fastening of wheels.
